Sally G. I bought a set of cereal bowls for my daughter in law. Three came broken. I called and told them. I had them three days later in time for her birthday. I have never seen such great customer service.

Hello Elizabeth, we are so sorry your order arrived damaged. We received your email yesterday at 6:24pm after we had closed. We responded to you this morning at 11:20am shortly after we opened, and your replacement mugs were picked up by our mail carrier today and are already on their way to you. We are a small crew here at the Mercantile, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible to each customer.
